Puerto Rico has several home financing solutions, just like the United States.
US citizens can finance properties in Puerto Rico through local financial entities. Contact us for additional financing information and let us put you in touch with a trusted banker.

This is how we work...
1. Interview: We understand that every buyer's priorities are different. From your preferred location, property types, and investment objectives, we listen carefully and take the time to understand your unique requirements before beginning a property search.

2. Pre Approval / Evidence of Funds: Before you arrive and before we start looking for a property for you, you will need to provide one of the following:

• If you are making a cash offer, you must be able to provide proof of available funds.
• If you are financing, you must provide a pre-qualification or pre-approval letter from a local bank.
  

Showings

As showings take time to plan properly, we are unable to accommodate last minute appointments without an appointment.

Please note that many listing agents on the island do not work weekends, limiting access to available properties for viewing, and many rental income properties are occupied/rented on weekends and holidays and they cannot be visited while they are occupied...you need to fit a few days of the week into your travel plans.

We will need time before you arrive to make appointments with other agents and check comparables to make sure none of us waste time at over proced properties.
