Founded in 2019, Island Homes is a women-led real estate company driven by a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
Our leadership team includes Jocelyn Ucedo, who has worked in second-home and resort markets in Spain, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico since 2001; Roxana Ramos, our East Coast Manager who transitioned from corporate America in Denver, Colorado, back to her Island roots; and Betsali Zayas, a skilled real estate agent and meticulous home inspector. Together with our Client Experience Manager, Deysha Herrera, they run our services and after-sales department to help you get settled in once you purchase your property with us.
