Since the MLS serves as a blanket agreement, there's no need for a co-broke agreement. If you are a non-MLS participant, we will honor the same fees. We believe in simplicity and transparency. We can send a co-broke agreement upon request.
For Non-Puerto Rican Licensed Agents in the United States:
We appreciate your referrals and are pleased to offer a standard 25% referral fee on one transaction side. Your trust in us is valuable, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients.
Please note that we prioritize serious buyers who have already gone through an interview and pre-approval process before arriving on the island. This approach ensures a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved. We can provide valuable insights into financing options available to mainland buyers, which closely resemble those in the United States.
Our team can also refer you to reliable, bilingual lenders based on your client's specific needs. To maintain our focus on quality and efficiency, we do not conduct inspection trips for clients who are merely exploring the island. Instead, we dedicate our resources to clients who are genuinely interested in purchasing property.
