PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Our expert property management services ensure your investment is well-maintained and stress-free. For a monthly fee of 10% of the collected rent, we provide:

- Complete inspections during tenant check-ins and check-outs, including a detailed property condition report and inventory check

RENTAL SERVICES
Finding the perfect tenant is important. Our comprehensive rental services include:
- Tenant screening, including background checks and credit reports through TransUnion
- Professional property listings and marketing
- Lease preparation and execution
Fees:
- Half a month’s rent for a 6-month lease
- One month’s rent for a 1-year lease

After oving from spain in 2001 to the Dominican Republic she co-founded Punta Cana Lifestyle Real Estate in 2004, where she was repsonsible for managing 279 long-term corporate rental properties with a focus on providing exceptional care and maximizing exposure for each property.
